Patricia has held positions with increasing levels of responsibility in the global pharmaceutical industry, accountable for leading the transformation of Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Services, R&D, Biologics, and Drug Development divisions.
Patricia enhanced her biotech and custom antibody development experiences by leading teams within larger biotechnology corporations eventually transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry.

Patricia was an adjunct professor in Biotechnology and participated on several drug development taskforces with focus in Patient Drug Development, Biotechnology Development and Transdermal Product Development.
ROEE AMIT
Chief Technology Officer || Co-founder
Roee is a world-recognized expert in Synthetic Biology with experience managing projects in the US, Israel, and the European Community. He scientifically directed several prestigious large-scale technology-development projects which targeted different sectors in Synthetic Biology and integrated advanced computational design and artificial intelligence tools including the discovery of efficient antivirals.

Roee is also an Associate Professor at the Department of Biotechnology and Food Engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in Israel.
​
Outside of the laboratory, Roee enjoys skiing in the winter and open-water Kayaking year round, and will always be open to a good conversation about science.
YORAM LEV YEHUDI
Chief Financial Officer || Co-founder
Yoram is a business administrator by profession that spent the last two decades initiating and administering large IT and Med-tech research ventures in Europe and Israel. He has led private consulting firms specializing in research and innovation management in Israel, United Kingdom and Lithuania.

Yoram has held various positions in the global hi-tech industry, including business development, which has given him a strong understanding of information technology.
​
Yoram holds an M.B.A. (Corporate Financing and Information Technology) and B.Sc. (Exact Sciences), both from Tel-Aviv University.
JONATHAN SPARKS
Chief Legal Officer
Dr. Jonathan Sparks is chair of the Intellectual Property practice group at McCarter & English and has over 20 years of experience as a patent professional representing companies and individuals in diverse areas of technology. Jonathan counsels companies on general intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution, domestic and foreign patent strategy, due diligence, and patent lifecycle management and assists clients with the preparation of patentability, infringement, validity, and freedom-to-operate opinions. He has represented individual inventors, small companies and large companies and academic institutions.
​
Jon has assisted clients in commercializing technology in the biotech, chemical, pharmaceutical, alternative energy, mechanical device and medical device areas.
​
In addition to Jon's work in private practice, he has been the general counsel and a member of the management team for two public biotechnology companies.
Prior to starting his legal career and obtaining his law degree, Jon did research in the areas of physical biochemistry and molecular biology while obtaining his PhD.
